Nizhny Novgorod hosted a training seminar on "Strengthening the social dimension of multimedia projects”

25-28 February 2010, a seminar on "Strengthening the social dimension of multimedia projects” was held in the training center of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Trade Union Council.

The seminar brought together projects from the cities of Mines, Belgorod, Bor, Penza, Voronezh.

The issues of the seminar were:
- The world and Russia's experience in the field of civic journalism;
- The basis for social planning;
- Specific features of the Internet environment;
- Work with the audience on the Internet;
- Interactivity. Methods of attracting an audience;
- Interaction of blogs and the media;
- Interview technology or how to work with the hero.

The participants also shared their experiences and learn about the best practices in implementing social media and NGOs joint projects.
The outcome of the seminar were interviews written for websites of the media participated in the seminar.
